Being a family caregiver can be one of the most challenging jobs.

In most cases, providing care to our clients is a team effort.  Hearts of Gold Caregivers works together with family members to bring about the most complete level of care.  We understand that family members may suddenly find themselves in a caregiver role that they did not anticipate.  Caregiving can be quite a daunting task, especially if you’re unfamiliar with what is happening to your loved one and how a condition such as Alzheimer’s disease can affect your relationship with them.

The Family Learning Center is a wonderful resource for anyone who wants to learn more about caregiving or equip themselves with the knowledge to deal with the challenges they may face.  Over 40 hours of training, covering a wide variety of subjects, is available FREE OF CHARGE to you through our website, with our compliments.  We can also provide hands-on training for family caregivers when a client’s needs are involved.
